Safety & Usage Guidelines

At WayDIY, your safety — and the safety of your family and guests — is our top priority. Please read and follow these guidelines carefully when using our products.

1. General Safety

  • All products are designed for their intended decorative, dining, or daily use purposes only.

  • Keep packaging materials (plastic wraps, ties, boxes) away from children.

  • Do not use items for purposes other than those described.

2. Paper Tableware (Plates, Cups, Napkins)

  • Designed for single use unless packaging states otherwise.

  • Not suitable for ovens, microwaves, or dishwashers.

  • Avoid prolonged contact with liquids or oily foods to prevent weakening.

  • Dispose of responsibly, following local recycling guidelines.


3. Balloons

  • Balloons can present a choking hazard. Keep uninflated or broken balloons away from children under 8 years old.

  • Always use a pump to inflate — never by mouth.

  • Do not overinflate; bursting may cause injury.

  • Dispose of popped balloons immediately.

4. Decorative Items (Banners, Garlands, Centerpieces)

  • Indoor use only unless packaging specifies otherwise.

  • Keep away from flames, heaters, or candles.

  • Use safe fasteners such as tape or hooks — avoid nails or sharp tools.

  • Store flat or in original packaging for safe reuse.

 

5. Plush Toys & Stuffed Items 

  • Recommended for children ages 3 and up, unless otherwise labeled.

  • Remove all tags and packaging before giving to children.

  • Do not place near open flames or heaters.

  • Machine-wash or hand-wash only if care label allows; always dry completely.

6. Kids’ Bags 

  • Bags are intended for everyday use such as carrying light items.

  • Not suitable for carrying heavy loads or sharp objects.

  • Keep straps adjusted properly to prevent accidents.

  • Not designed as toys; adult supervision recommended for very young children.

7. Children’s Blankets

  • Designed for comfort and warmth.

  • Do not expose blankets to open flames, heaters, or candles.

  • Keep away from loose cords or strings to avoid entanglement risks.

  • Wash following care instructions on the label.
