1. Standard Warranty Coverage

Disposable Products (e.g., paper plates, cups, napkins): These items are intended for single-use. Warranty applies only to items that arrive defective or damaged before use.

Reusable Products (e.g., bamboo cutlery, reusable banners, durable décor): Covered for 30 days from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Balloons: Warranty covers products that arrive defective (e.g., leaking or damaged before inflation). Warranty does not cover balloons that burst due to overinflation or misuse.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Normal wear and tear from intended use.

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care and safety guidelines.

Items exposed to extreme heat, open flames, liquids, or outdoor weather when not designed for such use.

Variations in color, texture, or pattern due to manufacturing processes.

Improper storage or handling after delivery.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within the warranty period with:
